IT Servicedesk Engineer
We are seeking a dedicated IT Servicedesk Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our staff.
Main responsibilities
Resolution and fulfilment
As an IT Servicedesk Engineer you are responsible for the well-functioning of the daily intake process. You are primarily customer-oriented and focus on resolution of incidents and service requests for our internal customers. By asking to-the-point questions, you will get to the core of the issue. Based on this assessment, you take the necessary action to get a resolution for our internal customers. This can be done by providing a resolution yourself or by rerouting the incident, service request or problem to the right team / third party supplier.
Third party suppliers
You will be responsible to act as a liaison between the user and third parties suppliers.
Policies and Procedures
You fulfil a signalling function within the organization to ensure policies are adhered to and appropriate procedures are developed, with the purpose of ensuring sufficient protection of our data/systems and optimizing the use of these systems and applications. You ensure appropriate documentation for systems by writing documentation including operational handbooks, manuals, and online help systems.
Education, skills and experience
- Secondary vocational (equal to ‘MBO-level’ in the Netherlands or Vocational (equal to ‘HBO-level’ in the Netherlands) in Information Management, Information Technology or other relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience with Office365, Azure and Salesforce
- Fluent in English.

Additional remarks
This role is open for 36 hours a week (90%).
