About the job
The HR Operations Team Lead supports the delivery of the HR strategy by leading HR operations and facilities, streamlining administration processes, and overseeing HR analytics and C&B. The Team Lead ensures operational excellence, supports change initiatives, and fosters a collaborative, service-oriented environment within the HR support functions.
Main responsibilities
Team Lead
- Manage the HR Operations team and Facilities staff, coordinating their BAU activities and long-term objectives.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and communication with other departments and with HR colleagues.
- Contribute to change initiatives and projects led by the People & Development department.
HR Operations
- Maintain and continuously improve HR administration processes and HRIS practices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- With the team, act as process owner for HR tooling and core HR admin cycles.
- Support the implementation and documentation of HR policies and ensure alignment with local labour legislation and internal controls.
Facilities
- Ensure that Reception and Facilities services are delivered with professionalism and are aligned with Oikocredit’s values and operational needs.
- With the team, manage Facilities tools and procedures (such as business travel, 1st aid and emergency procedure).
Analytics and C&B
- Drive the development and use of HR analytics to support data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Act as owner of the Compensation & Benefits policy and ensure Salary campaign cycles.
Education, skills and experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in HR management, Data management or Finance administration are advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including 2+ years in a coordination or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated expertise in process management, analytics and/or C&B.
- Excel proficiency is essential.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in an international or multi-cultural context
- Strong understanding of HR administration, employment legislation, HR systems, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and assess the impact of HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to optimize processes.
- Experience in mission-driven or social impact organizations is highly desirable.
- International work experience or exposure to multicultural environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an asset.

Additional remarks
The role is open for 32-36 hours a week.
