Partner Support Officer

The Partner Service Center Unit´s main result area is to enable, execute and managing support functions across the organization. The Partner Service Centre’s main result is to provide quality service to Oikocredit partners and contribute to a higher partner satisfaction.
About the job
As a Partner Support Officer (PSO) you are responsible to execute operational activities related to KYC, Contract Lifecycle Management, and other administrative tasks supporting our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- KYC monitoring, collecting documents, checking on completeness, processing of KYC package, World Check, Google screening etc.
- Support Salesforce monitoring completion of Finance, ESG and Social performance and creation of data requests.
- Follow up with partners on data requests and first filter on data completion.
- Transactional Monitoring by requesting bank letters, reviewing unmatched transactions and collaborate with Finance.
- Create draft loan contracts from approvals, using predefined templates.
- Manage the life cycle of the loan agreements from approval to signing and archiving, ensuring all steps in the process are done.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business related or legal education or similar.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.
- High computer literacy in general.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory requirement).
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- Know Your Client knowledge preferable.

Additional remarks
The role can be based in either Brazil (Sao Paulo) or Guatemala (Guatemala city). Yet, flexibility is requested to work with our partners and staff in India, who will be 9 hours ahead of Brazil and 12 hours ahead of Guatemala.
The role is offered for 36 hours per week (0,9fte).
