Investor Support Officer (20 hours per week)

About the job
The Investor Support (IS) team is responsible for Oikocredit’s Direct Members and investors investment lifecycle management. This includes servicing investors request, ensuring adherence with compliance guidelines and building and maintain standards for processes, investors and/ or members, as well as supporting the investor and member acquisition process. The team is client facing, thus represents Oikocredit’s mission and values at any time they engage with Direct Members and investors.
In this role, you work closely with the investor engagement team in the generation of leads and the acquisition funnel to raise capital.
Main responsibilities
Process onboarding requests;
Process redemption requests or any other client requests;
Perform KYC controls;
Perform the processes following customer service best practices,
Ensure the investor data collected is complete and timely entered into the investor administration application system;
Contribute to the process design and documentation, as well as flagging gaps in existing procedures;
Process timely investors account statements;
Join and support marketing campaigns;
Generate or identify contact moments that will result on acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or operational environment, preferably client facing
Fluency in Dutch (native level) and English is mandatory
Familiar with AML regulation is a plus
Yellow belt certificate is desirable
Sufficiently IT literate to make effective use of the applications and systems required
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Conscientious personality, eye for detail
