Learning & Development Internship (24-32 hours a week)

About the job
As a Learning & Development intern, your role is to support learning initiatives by helping to manage platforms, assisting with competency management tools, and providing administrative support for development activities, while also contributing to HR process improvements for continuous growth.
The start date will be in May 2026, for a period of 4-6 months.
Main responsibilities
Support ongoing learning and development programmes.
Manage and maintain existing learning platforms such as Easygenerator and Skillsoft.
Provide administrative and logistical support for various learning and development activities.
Education, skills and experience
Bachelor (under) graduate related to HR activities
Excellent IT skills, confident in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and other MS 365 applications) and the ability to work with databases.
Strong organizational skills, process oriented and able to prioritize work load.
Good inter-personal skills.
Experience with project management.
Conscientious personality, eye for detail.
Fluency in English.

Additional remarks
You will receive an internship allowance amounting to €500 gross per month for Master students and €400 gross per month for Bachelor’s students, on the basis of 40 hours per week. In case the number of hours is less, the allowance will be calculated pro rata.
In case you do not have a public transport (OV) subscription, Oikocredit will reimburse travel expenses on the base of second class public transport.
