Retail Development Manager (Retail Investors)
A unique opportunity to shape how we attract, convert, and retain thousands of individual investors across international markets.
Where purpose meets growth
Are you passionate about building scalable growth engines and engaging retail investors at scale? This is a unique opportunity to shape how we attract, convert, and retain thousands of individual investors across international markets.
As Retail Development Manager, you sit at the heart of our growth strategy—turning investor interest into long-term commitment. You will build and optimize a data-driven, digital-first acquisition and engagement engine, driving measurable inflow while enhancing the investor experience.
About the job
The Retail Development Manager sits at the point where purpose meets growth. The role builds the engine that turns investor interest into long term commitment, with a sharp focus on tightening the retail investor funnel, lifting conversion, and making growth predictable.
This is not about running campaigns or managing processes in isolation. It is about orchestrating the full investor lifecycle. At its core, the role is about ownership and connection. The Retail Development Manager drives the retail strategy, shapes the operating model, and turns fragmented efforts into one scalable, data driven engine that learns and improves over time.
Ownership is end to end. From qualified lead to first investment, then repeat investment, and ultimately advocacy. The aim is simple, reduce leakage, strengthen conversion, and create a system that consistently delivers net inflow.
There is no fixed playbook. The role evolves through co creation, testing, and iteration. It requires building while doing, and learning while scaling.
Success shows up in:
• smooth, intuitive investor journeys
• stronger conversion and sustained inflow
• continuous learning grounded in data
• teams working as one coherent system
This role demands balance. Respect for the organisation’s purpose and relationships, paired with the drive to sharpen execution and scale impact. At its core, it is about building a system that deepens commitment without losing the human connection.
