More in detail:
CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Design
Define and lead the end-to-end CRM strategy for investor and prospect communications, aligned with Oikocredit’s capital raising and retention goals.
Design and continuously optimise the investor lifecycle (lead → prospect → investor → loyal advocate), including key journeys, triggers, and communication touchpoints.
Develop segmentation frameworks based on behavioural, demographic, and investment data to enable scalable, personalised communication.
Translate business objectives into CRM roadmaps, including audience strategy, channel mix, communication cadence, and automation opportunities.
Evaluate and optimise CRM systems and data structures (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar) to ensure they support strategic and operational needs.
Lead Creation & Conversion
Targeted Campaign Development: Design, build, test, and dispatch investor-focused email campaigns and newsletters using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and transitioning from legacy tools (e.g. Procurios). Ensure each campaign has clear calls-to-action to convert prospects into active investors, contributing to capital inflow goals.
Personalization & A/B Testing: Create dynamic, personalized content using data segmentation and automation. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and content variables to optimize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion metrics, achieving continuous improvement in campaign performance. Establish segment and market benchmarks for key performance metrics (CTR, open rates).
Lead Nurturing: Implement automated nurture journeys for prospective investors and soft leads – e.g. informational email series, follow-up campaigns – to increase lead-to-investor conversion by providing the right information at the right time in the decision process.
Investor Engagement & Communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive investor communication and CRM strategy, delivering timely and relevant updates to current investors.
Ensure all communications align with Oikocredit’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and regulatory requirements.
Apply an audience-first approach to tailor content to investor needs, strengthening trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty.

Maintain and manage a central investor communications calendar, ensuring alignment across teams and channels.
Collaborate with Audience teams within Inflow alongside IT, Compliance, and regional business units (Support Associations) to ensure coordinated and compliant communications.
Act as a subject matter expert on CRM tools and best practices, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
Work closely with content teams to align messaging, optimise performance, and refine content strategies based on insights.
Work closely with IT and Audience teams to align on data requirements, troubleshoot issues (e.g. data integration, subscription management, audience segmentation), and implement new journeys or features in Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Data Privacy officers to guarantee all investor communications meet regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR consent and opt-out rules) and ethical standards.
Act as a liaison and subject matter expert for digital communication tools. Provide training and guidance to colleagues (e.g. select staff in global or regional offices) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud usage and best practices, to build capacity and ensure consistent use of the platform across the organisation.
