As a High Value Investor Support Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of our High Value & Professional Investors team, helping create an exceptional experience for investors while enabling Relationship Managers to focus on building strong relationships and securing investments.
Main responsibilities
Drive investor engagement and sales support by coordinating the end-to-end investor journey, from lead management and due diligence to proposal preparation and investment completion.
Own CRM excellence, ensuring investor data, pipeline information, compliance documentation, and reporting are accurate, up-to-date, and actionable.
Create professional investor materials, including proposals, presentations, reports, and communications tailored to an international audience.
Coordinate key investor interactions, managing meetings, events, webinars, and executive calendars across multiple time zones.
Provide insights that drive decisions, supporting performance reporting, KPI tracking, pipeline analysis, and investment forecasting.
Partner across the organization with Marketing, Compliance, Investor Support, Data & Insights, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless investor experience.
Enable commercial success by improving processes, optimizing workflows, maintaining sales tools and resources, and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and impact.
Support high-profile investor events and campaigns, helping deliver engaging experiences for high-value and professional investors globally.

Education, skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, client services, or administrative roles, preferably within financial services or another regulated environment.
Strong CRM and data management skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities, complex workflows, and deadlines with high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Understanding of investment, financial services, or compliance processes such as KYC and due diligence.
A collaborative team player with experience working across functions and multicultural environments.
