About the job
As a Working Student CDD Officer, you will support our Customer Due Diligence team in assessing investor risks and maintaining high standards in investor onboarding and monitoring. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insight into financial crime prevention, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
This position is ideal for students with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in financial services, compliance, or risk management.
Main responsibilities
Review documentation required for investor onboarding and ongoing CDD reviews.
Support the preparation and maintenance of CDD files.
Analyze documentation using internal guidelines and publicly available information sources.
Monitor existing investor accounts and update investor information when required.
Communicate with investors regarding documentation requests and CDD-related inquiries.
Education, skills and experience
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
Fluent in German and English (German is a mandatory requirement).
Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Additional remarks
Most of the work can be done remotely or in our Headquarter in Amersfoort (8 minutes walking from the station). Presence in the office will be required in the beginning of the assignment for integration purpose then we can be flexible.
Working hours can also be flexible (to match your student agenda of course) even if preferably during usual office hours.
The role is open for 7 months with the option to extend.
