About the internship

We’re looking for a motivated Innovation Intern to join our Data & Innovation team at Oikocredit’s head office in Amersfoort.
Our team works closely with the colleagues responsible for attracting and supporting our investors. We aim to be their trusted partner by combining great service, strong business understanding and data-driven solutions that help colleagues make better decisions and create greater impact.
You won’t just observe from the sidelines. You’ll work in a collaborative, service-oriented environment, contribute your ideas and learn along the way. You’ll also receive mentorship and guidance directly from the Head of Data & Innovation.

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, or a related field.
Curious about data, technology and solving business problems, with an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and fluent in English.
Able to organize and prioritize your work, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
Currently living in the Netherlands and able to work from our Amersfoort office approximately 50% of the time.
Hold a valid residence permit.
The internship must be part of your study programme, and your university must be willing to sign a tripartite internship agreement.
Benefits
Internship allowance: €500 gross per month for Master’s students and €400 gross per month for Bachelor’s students, based on a 40-hour work week. For fewer hours, the allowance is calculated pro rata.
